As a marketing manager and a teacher in the past, I felt a need to maintain my career lifestyle and still be able to stay at home with my son.

After graduating from university, I worked as a marketing manager in the beverage industry and then taught children for years, but there was still a void in my life. Finally, I got married and had a beautiful child. Now that my son is almost two, I can spend quality time with him, yet devote time to a work-at-home business. I want to spend as much time with my family as possible and still have the satisfaction of a career. I feel that a work-at-home busines is the way to go.

Finding the right business however is not easy. It takes a lot of searching and soul searching to find the right fit. You may think that any work-at-home business will do, but this just isn't so. You must have a passion for it and believe in it, like ideally you would with any job. However, when working from home you have so many choices. So don't get discouraged or disappointed when the first one doesn't seem to work, try another and another.

What is your passion? Is it health, crafts, or candles!! I now realize that mine is candles, not just any candles, however. These are all natural, non-toxic, biodegradable, paraffin-free and 90% soot-free. With over ninety gourmet scents to choose from, I guarantee that there is a fantastic scent for everyone and one to appease even the most adverse tastes.

The Perfect Home Business For Moms!

Looking for a work at home business can be a task in itself. We often need to search through several opportunities before we settle on one that has possibilities and appeals to us. One Work at Home Business that has worked out very well for me is eBay. EBay recently reported $14.87 billion in annual merchandise sales with over 100 million members. 400,000 of these are making their living from eBay. Why? Because a Work at Home Business using eBay is so easy to operate and maintain.

Since technology has become much simpler over recent years, learning curves have become less severe than they once were this has made operating a computer easier than ever. With this, people have been flocking to the Internet and eBay to create a Business of their own. The main draw of working online is that you can Work at Home. No long commutes to work. No 9 to 5 either, your hours can be flexible so you can still enjoy time with your family.

EBay lends itself perfectly as a Work At Home Business. There are no special skills required other than the confidence that you can be successful with an online business regardless of your business, computer or Internet experience and skills. What skills? You ask. Well, just very basic skills. The ability to surf the web, read and send emails, create auction pages (WebPages) and upload them. And most importantly and ability to learn and the want to succeed.

The easiest way to start your Online Auction Business would be to use Drop shippers. The great thing about Drop shipping, as outlined in my book "eBay Marketing Wholesale SourcePak", is that it will allow you to operate a Home Based Business as an Internet Marketer without ever worrying about storage of inventory, packaging of inventory, or even shipping of that inventory. The Drop ship supplier will look after all of that for you. And even greater still is the fact that your auction business will cost you very little to get started the fact is, most Drop shippers charge you nothing to become a member to sell their products. While others may charge just a nominal administration fee. Plus, you
can list your item on eBay for approximately .35 cents. So, as you can see your eBay Auction Business will cost you very little to get started. With such a low financial risk the only thing you have to lose is a bit of your time.

How does one put together eBay and Drop shipping? It's really very simple. First, browse eBay to see what kind of product(s) you would like to sell. Then sign up as a member with eBay. Once you have decided on a product(s), locate a Drop shipper for that product(s). Sign up with that Drop shipper and then place an auction on eBay for the item.. Once your auction is over and you have a buyer for the product email your Drop shipper the required information. The Drop shipper will ship the product directly to your customer as though it came from you. Then the Drop shipper will charge your account the wholesale price for that product. The difference between the wholesale price and your retail price is pure profit!

To run a successful eBay Business you will need to sell what the public wants to buy. Always research any product before you decide to sell it. Make sure it is popular and you can get it at a great price. If you have something worth selling, you are bound to find someone on eBay who wants to buy it..

Otherwise, you risk missing points of evaluation and this could damage your finance control. You should keep under control this circular process by repeated verifications and intelligent manipulation. The following five steps should organize and make your planning easier.

The first step is an assessment of one's personal financial situation. You will do it by compiling, onto a piece of paper, all the personal assets, income and outcome. You should use a simplified balance sheet for listing the values of personal assets (for instance, car, house, stocks and bank account) along with the values of liabilities (such as credit card debt, bank loan and mortgage). Moreover, you should make sure you list personal income and expenses, on a personal cash flow statement form.

The second and most enjoyable step is setting the goals. With this stage, one should formulate his or her material desires in a financial language. You can set long-term goals can such as retiring at 65 years old with a significant personal net worth. You can also make short-term plans, for example: buying a house or a car by paying a monthly mortgage for 3 years but no more than 25% of monthly income. You can also establish several goals both long and short-term, in the limit of your financial resources.

After setting the goals, you must develop an efficient plan in order to accomplish them. The plan should detail the exact actions that you need to undertake. This is the third and most difficult part of your personal finance management as it asks for thorough research for the most convenient loan, investment or mortgage deals. An easy way to approach this matter is by using the services we offer here, on our site, where you will find thousands of updated offers available for adequate finance comparison. Execution of one's personal financial plan, monitoring and reassessment are the fourth and, correspondingly, fifth steps in efficient personal finance management. Discipline and perseverance are necessary for accomplishing this part of the plan. As time passes, conscious fulfillment of every action included in the financial plan must associate with continuous monitoring and reassessment until the fulfillment of the financial plan.

Managing your personal finance has never been easier. With access to all the pieces of information you need, you can do a realistic finance comparison and you can develop a more efficient personal financial plan.
